facility rental

This facility was built to serve and engage our community. We love it when teams, groups, and professionals make this place, their place.

There are many rooms available throughout the week that can accomodate small to mid-size groups. Free Wi-Fi is also included with the rental of each room.

Some sports groups enjoy team practices in our gym as well. It is a standard size gym with a nice athletic floor. We also have volleyball standards and a net for volleyball practices.

To Reserve a room, gym or entire facility follow these 3 simple steps.

1. Click HERE to Fill out CRCC Facility Request Form. Be sure to come back to this page to complete Step 2 & 3.

2. Click HERE to Pay Deposit if renting is less than 4 Hours.

Click HERE to Pay Deposit if renting is 4 Hours or longer.

All Reservations MUST pay a Deposit. Deposit will be returned after event occurs as long as Facility Agreement is followed, which can be downloaded on Step 3.

3. Click HERE for Facility Agreement. This signed form along with full payment must be on file at CRCC at least 5 days prior to event.

Please note these fees do NOT apply to weddings, special events & after business hours. There are additional fees for those events.
